Who we are

Saintville is a UK-based curated marketplace connecting independent sellers with buyers of homeware and art. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Account information: your name and email address when you create an account or apply to sell.

Order information: shipping address and order history, so purchases can be delivered and tracked.

Vendor information: shop details, postcode, and payout details (handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card or bank details).

Usage information: basic technical data (like device and browser type) needed to keep the site working securely.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: process orders, connect buyers with vendors, handle payments and payouts, and communicate with you about your account or orders. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

Our newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter, or you agreed to receive marketing emails when you bought from or signed up to the Saintville shop, we use your email address (and your name, if you gave it) to send you occasional emails about new pieces, sellers and news. We only email you if you have agreed to it.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to info@saintville.co.uk. We keep a record of when you subscribed and what you agreed to, and we stop emailing you as soon as you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Vendors see the shipping details needed to fulfil your order. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy. Our infrastructure is hosted by Supabase. We don't share your information with advertisers.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To do so, or if you have any questions, contact us at info@saintville.co.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Saintville grows. We'll update the date above when we do.
