Orders

For now Saintville delivers within the United Kingdom only. Some remote areas (for example Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) are not served by every seller. If a seller cannot deliver to your postcode, checkout tells you before you pay.
Every piece is sent by the independent seller who listed it, so an order with two sellers arrives as two parcels with two delivery charges. Each seller sets their own delivery price.
Enter your postcode at checkout and you see the exact delivery price for each seller before you pay. Some sellers offer free delivery over a certain order value, and some pieces can be collected or delivered by the seller themselves. The product page tells you which applies.
Sellers send each order within 3 working days, or within 5 working days for large pieces (a parcel of 8 kg or more). Made-to-order pieces show how long they take on the product page. If a seller is away, the shop shows a notice, and we keep an eye on every order so it does not go quiet.
Most pieces are sent with a prepaid courier label, so you receive tracking details. Larger or fragile pieces may be hand-delivered or collected, and the seller agrees the details with you.
Pieces are packed carefully, but if yours arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us within a few days at info@saintville.co.uk, or ask for help from Account, then Purchase history, then “Problem with this product?”, with a photo of the item and the packaging. We reply within two working days and work it out with the seller.
