   3.2. Payments on Saintville are processed securely through our trusted payment partner, Stripe. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.
   3.3. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped by the seller. Saintville does not handle or store payment information provided by buyers.
4. Shipping & Delivery:
   4.1. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the seller's location, shipping method, and other factors. Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of orders.
   4.2. Saintville is not liable for any delays, damages, or issues related to shipping and delivery. Buyers can contact us for assistance with order tracking or delivery inquiries or any other concerns.
5. Returns & Refunds:
   5.1. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Products that are 'Vintage', 'Pre-loved' or 'Made to Order' cannot be returned. Buyers should review this information on the product page before making a purchase.
   5.2. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us promptly on info@saintville.co.uk to resolve the issue.
6. Dispute Resolution:
