1. Seller Registration:
   1.1. To become a seller on Saintville, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and current information about yourself and your business.
   1.2. By registering as a seller, you confirm that you are legally authorized to sell the products you list on Saintville and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Saintville shall not be held liable for any misconduct or unlawful activities perpetrated by sellers on the platform.
2. Product Listings:
   2.1. Sellers are responsible for creating accurate and comprehensive product listings, including detailed descriptions, prices, and images.
   2.2. All product listings must comply with intellectual property rights.
3. Order Fulfillment:
   3.1. Sellers must promptly fulfill orders with care and accuracy, including packaging, shipping, and providing tracking information where applicable.
   3.2. In case of any delays or issues with order fulfillment, sellers must communicate promptly with Saintville and provide timely updates on the status of their orders.
4. Communication:
   4.1. Sellers are expected to respond promptly to any inquiries, requests, and concerns from Saintville.
5. Compliance:
   5.1. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to their business activities, including product safety, labeling, and taxation.
   5.2. Sellers are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications required to sell their products.
6. Fees and Payments:
   6.1. It is free for Sellers to sign up and we don't charge any listing or transaction fees. Saintville simply charges a 15% commission on every sale. Payments are processed 14 days after the item has been delivered. This is to account for our 14 days return policy. Processing your earning takes about 3 working days.
7. Intellectual Property:
   7.1. Sellers must ensure that they have the legal right to sell the products they list on Saintville and that their listings do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
   7.2. By listing products on Saintville, sellers grant Saintville a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote their product listings on the platform for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Liability Limitation:
   8.1. Saintville acts solely as a platform for facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. Saintville does not assume any liability for unlawful or unethical business practices conducted by sellers.
   8.2. Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, quality, and safety of the products they list on Saintville, as well as for any disputes or issues arising from transactions with customers.
9. Termination:
   9.1. Saintville reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of sellers who violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
   9.2. Sellers may terminate their accounts with Saintville at any time.
10. Changes to Terms:
    10.1. Saintville reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
    10.2. Sellers will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions via email or by a notice on our platform, and continued use of Saintville constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
