How do I create a buyer account?

Click on the account icon (Desktop) in the header or the cart icon (Mobile) and Login to create your account.

What payment methods are accepted for transactions?

Is there a rating system for buyers and sellers?

We are currently only collecting reviews for sellers. You can find them by clicking on the vendor's name on the product page.

Are there any restrictions on the geographic location of buyers and sellers?

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

We remind sellers to keep their stock levels up to date. In the rare occasion that the item you ordered is no longer available we inform and refund you immediately.

Do you sell second-hand items?

Yes. Buying pre-loved items is a great way of shopping sustainably and we encourage it on our platform.

Do you have a physical store?
