Before initiating a return, how about gifting it to someone who might appreciate it?

Not only would it help reduce CO2 emissions from returns, it's also just a really nice thing to do.

Generosity is rewarding in itself but it also tends to be reciprocated in the shape of a positive experiences or other blessings. Remember, what goes around comes back around!

Returns Eligibility

All items marked 'Vintage', 'Pre-loved' or 'Made to Order' on their product page as well as all pieces in the category Art are sold as seen and not eligible for return.

Please ensure you inspect items closely on product photos and contact us about any questions you might have.

In the goods arrive defective or are not as described, please contact us on info@saintville.co.uk.

All other items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for return.

Return Period

You can initiate a return request for goods within 14 days of receiving them. Once the return is approved, you are responsible for arranging the shipment promptly, unless otherwise discussed with our customer support.

Return Shipping

We do not currently offer free returns.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or not as described.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Initiating a Return

Log in to your Saintville account by clicking on the Account icon next to the Cart icon to view your order history. (On mobile version, click on the Cart icon, then on 'Log in')

Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to initiate the return process.

Refund Process

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
